Amy Baker, DVM, DACVO is a board-certified veterinary ophthalmologist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. Through Eye Wise Vet®, she provides written consultation reports to veterinarians, providing specialist-level guidance on complex eye cases within 24 hours.

Visionary Veterinary Consulting® is designed to help you stabilize, treat, and monitor many ophthalmic cases confidently in your own practice. When a case does require hands-on specialist care, your report will say so clearly, so you can make that recommendation from a position of knowledge rather than uncertainty.
Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Need it faster? Select the STAT option at submission for a 12-hour turnaround. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your report is ready.
A comprehensive case report is $150 and includes detailed, patient-specific recommendations and follow-up guidance. Need a faster turnaround? STAT submissions (12-hour) are available for an additional $50.
Once your report is complete, an invoice is automatically emailed to your billing contact. Payment is due within 15 days. We accept ACH, credit cards, and debit cards. Invoices reference the patient name for easy recordkeeping.
